Comprehensive Behavioral Treatment
Herein lies the heart of my practice as a behavioral therapist. Together, we will determine goals for your teen's treatment and will create a comprehensive intervention plan tailor-made to fit your family's needs and address all of your concerns. This can include but is not limited to addressing emotional disturbances and working on regulation techniques, building social skills, and improving age-appropriate independent living skills.
Focused Short-term Consultation
This temporary therapeutic model is for parents who need help addressing specific behavioral issues at different developmental stages. Typically running from 3 to 6 months in length, these plans are created by Kristina when deemed appropriate and vary depending on the behavior or environmental factors. Contact us for an assessment to see if this would be the right service for your family!
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) is based on the work of Dr. Steven Hayes. The ACT curriculum helps children and teens to accept difficult feelings, commit to their goals for improvement, and take action to change towards those goals. We use the ACT and AIM curriculum by Dr. Mark Dixon and Dr. Daliliuanas to facilitate. Contact us to learn more and find out if this could be right for your child.
Behavioral Sexology
Behavioral Sexology is a subfield of behavior analysis that focuses on addressing socio-sexual and overt sexual behaviors. This service can help support your pre-teen or teenager in navigating their new and changing relationship with their body and their changing peer dynamics in a healthy and appropriate way.

In-school Assessments
This is an option for families whose children are experiencing most of their difficulties at school. We will come into the classroom and assess the behavior in real time and meet with your children's teachers and staff to build a supportive plan to best address the problematic behavior during school hours. This Behavior Support Plan will be kept on file for the school to use to help support your child as they grow. This includes a follow-up session for parent support and integration at home as well as one update to the plan as needed for that school year.
*Subject to school accessibility.
Social Skills Groups
We offer 10-week social skills groups based on interest and need with like-minded peers. Each curriculum is tailor-made based on the group's age and skill level and includes a workbook and take-home activities to help facilitate pro-social skills. Contact us if you are interested!
Parent Support
We offer workshops for mom's groups with children of similar ages that are personalized and made to fit into your busy schedule. We also provide individualized parent education and support sessions to help unify and guide caregivers on using behavior analysis at home with their children. This is available both in person and over zoom.
Speaking Engagements
Kristina is available to speak on her experience working in the therapeutic field for almost a decade and how to use the science of human behavior to help children grow up in supportive environments that promote optimal behavior and all-around wellness.
